Hello, Trojan families!
I am so excited to be joining OMS as your principal in a couple of weeks! As the first day approaches, I wanted to let you know about a couple of important events that will be happening before school begins.
New Student and 6th Grade Orientation (for STUDENTS ONLY)
Tuesday, August 6, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Students new to the district and 6th grade students may come to OMS to learn about the school and put their school supplies in their lockers. This is for students only so please plan to drop off students a little before 9:00 AM and pick them up at 10:00 AM. We will NOT be able to have buses available for orientation.
Back to School Night (for PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ONLY)
Monday, August 12, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
We will start in the gym for a short meeting, then you will have a chance to rotate through your student's schedule to meet their teachers. We encourage you to check your student's schedule before the meeting but we can also have a copy available when you arrive at OMS that night.
