District Site Council Application Link

The District Site Council provides input during the school improvement process by reviewing and providing feedback on the work of the district, such as the annual needs assessment, goal area selection, leadership goals, and action plan development, evidence/data, and analysis of growth.
USD 367 is seeking members who are willing to serve on this community group. District Site Councils are made up primarily of non-employees of the district.
The following groups make up the site council:

Students (2)
Parents (3)
Community Members/Partners (5)
Business/Industry (4)
Staff (3)
District Administration (2)
This group meets four times a year at USD 367's District Office, 1200 Trojan Drive. All meeting minutes will be kept and sent to the Director of Student Improvement.
Building Site Council Application Link

All schools have a Building Site Council made up of stakeholder representatives including:
Parents
Students
Representatives from area Business/Community Partners
Staff members
*Majority of members should be non-school employees and the make-up of the Building Site Council should reflect the school’s various demographic and stakeholder groups. Optimal size is 8-10 members.
Meeting notes are submitted to the Curriculum & Instruction Department following each meeting.
Purpose: The purpose of the Building Site Council is to serve in an advisory capacity to provide input and feedback throughout the School Improvement Process.
Role: The role of the Building Site Council includes:
Review building-level student data
Review school improvement goals and action plans
Provide feedback and make recommendations
This group meets four times a year at USD 367's Assigned Buildings.
