no mill increase

USD 367 bond

VOTE june 3rd

About The Bond

On Tuesday, June 3, residents of USD 367 will have the opportunity to vote on a $20.05 million, no mill increase bond proposal. Last year, we undertook an in-depth evaluation of our buildings. Through that process, we determined what was beyond repair and needed replaced, what systems still had plenty of life left in them, and what safety & security gaps needed to be addressed in our schools.

The proposed bond focuses on the basics so we can continue to take care of the buildings we have, provide our kids with a quality education, and ensure the safety of our students and school buildings.

• Makes safety & security improvements

• Upgrades educational spaces like outdated science labs and classrooms

• Repairs & replaces aging mechanical systems like our boiler heating & roofing

• Replaces the track so we can return to using it for meets

• Will not increase the bond & interest mills on our property taxes

Community Meetings

We will host a series of Community Conversations to discuss the bond plan, answer your questions, and provide tours of the district’s buildings where improvements are being proposed. The first will be on April 23rd at 7pm in the OHS Auditorium.
